Decision

1.             
To have regard to the Equalities Impact Assessment prepared for the
purposes of this report.

2.             
To authorise the conduct of a public consultation between August
and September on the proposals for the whole borough to be subject
to a single PCN tariff charged at Band A, and to directly consult
with all neighbouring boroughs that might be impacted by these
changes.
 

3.             
To note that any material objections received will be included in a
separate report and considered by the Assistant Director for
Parking, Street Management and Commercial, before a decision is reached on whether
or not to proceed with making an application to the London
Council’s Transport and Environment Committee for approval to
have the Band A tariff apply to all penalty charge notices issued
in the borough.
