Decision
1.
To approve the grant of a short lease of 10 Somerleyton Road, London SW9 to Block Workout
Foundation on the terms set out in this report. The lease start
date will be on lease completion and will expire on 1 November
2025.
2.
To agree that the lease will be contracted out of the security of
tenue provisions provided by s24-28 of the Landlord and Tenant Act
1954 Part 11.
3.
To agree that the Community Service Agreement with Block Workout
Foundation will expire on 1 November 2025.
4.
To approve that the market rent of £20,000 per annum is to be
waived until the lease expiry (namely the 1 November 2025) in
return for Block Workout Foundation performing under the terms of
the new lease and the Community Services Agreement
