Decision

1.         
To approve the award of contract to London Felt
Roofing to carry out roof renewal works to Granton and
Heathbrook Primary Schools
totalling £330,355, with works commencing August 2024 and completing by November
2024. The total project cost of £440,325 is made up of the
works contract, a client held contingency, consultant fees,
statutory fees and staff capitalisation, which will be detailed in
the part II report.
