Purpose

To award contracts to 23 providers to join the
Passenger Transport Services for Vulnerable Adults and Children
Approved Provider List (APL) 2024-2026 following successful
tenderer reopening of the Approved providers List.

Decision

1.             
To appoint 23 providers to join the Lambeth Passenger Transport
Services for Vulnerable Adults and Children Approved Provider List
from 1 July 2024 to 31 July 2026, with the option to extend the
contract by an additional year up to 31 July 2027. The total
contract has an estimated value of £4.4m per annum (up to
£17.6m over four years or £26.5m if the options to
extend are utilised). See Table 3 for a list of successful
providers.
