proceed with the procurement of tenders for the replacement of the
flat roofs together with associated works at 23 Garrads Road SW16,
up to a value of £1.1m

Decision

1.    
To approve the award of contract to Amber Construction Services
Ltd, to carry out roof replacements, roof safety
guardrail systems and associated works to 23 Garrads Road,
SW16 1JY. The contract is expected to commence on 19 August2024 and
shall end on 21 February 2025 with an overall value of
£546,766.95 including contingency.
