Purpose

This report outlines Lambeth Council’s
proposal to amend the fees for pavement licenses in line with the
recent legislative changes made permanent by the Levelling Up and
Regeneration Act 2023.

Decision

To approve the
proposed fees for new and renewal applications as detailed in
Section 2 with immediate effect.
To have regard to the
Equality Impact Assessment prepared for the purposes of this report
(Appendix 2).
To agree a permit
duration of a maximum of 12 months, as detailed in in Section
2.
