Purpose

The decision will need to be made to appoint a
principal contractor to deliver Replacement and Remedial works to
the Town Hall Roof

Decision

To
approve the award of the contract to CWG Group for delivery of The
London Borough of Lambeth’s Town Hall roof replacement and
remedial works, for a contract sum of £997,126.86, commencing 19 August 24 and
completing by 21 February 2025 (26-week programme), for a total
project cost (including contingency, project support and
statutory fees) of £1,186,095.
