Purpose
Allocation of capital funds for investment in
Library Services.
Decision
1.
To allocate £1.7m from the existing £10m budget for the
delivery of MTFS revenue savings in the approved Capital Investment
Programme for investment in Libraries services, to the projects set
out in this report. The programme will commence in 2024/25 and
complete in 2025/26.
