Purpose

The London HIV Prevention Programme (LHPP) has
commissioned METRO CENTRE Ltd to deliver the Gay, Bisexual and
other Men who have Sex with Men (GBMSM) engagement and outreach
contract which was extended by contract variation for 1 April 2024
to 30 September 2024. The extension was requested to allow for the
procurement of a new GBMSM outreach service.

This report seeks approval for a further contract extension of the
GBMSM engagement and outreach service of the LHPP from 1 October
2024 to 31 March 2025 to ensure that there is service continuity
whilst the procurement is being undertaken.

Decision

To approve the extension of the Gay, Bisexual, and
other Men who have Sex with Men (GBMSM) engagement and outreach
service of the London HIV Prevention Programme for a further six
months from 1 October 2024 to 31 March 2025 at a cost of
£195,000.
