Purpose

Recommend Award a three-year contract for the
Lambeth, Southwark, and Lewisham (LSL) Sexual and Reproductive
Health Outreach Services (Lots 1-3) to the following providers,
following a competitive tender process:

Lot 1: Young People’s Sexual and Reproductive Health and HIV
Outreach Service (Southwark and Lambeth)

Lot 2: Sexual and Reproductive Health Support for Marginalised
Groups Service (LSL)

Lot 3: Targeted Sexual and Reproductive Health and HIV Prevention
Outreach Service for Black African, Caribbean, Latin American, and
Other Minoritised Ethnic Groups (LSL)

The contracts will be in effect from 1 October 2024 to 30 September
2027, with the possibility of a two-year extension, making the
maximum contract length up to 30 September 2029. Lambeth
commissions Sexual and Reproductive Health services on behalf of
Southwark and Lewisham.

Decision

1.         
To approve the award of contract for the new Sexual and
Reproductive Health Outreach Services to:

a.    
Turning Point at £300,000 per annum for the Young
People’s Sexual and Reproductive Health and HIV Outreach
Service for the period of 1 October 2024 to 30 September 2027, with
the possibility of extending for an additional two years expiring
on 30 September 2029. The contract value is £900,000 for the
initial contract period and £1.5m for the extension
period.

b.    
Turning Point at £319,999.99 per annum for Sexual and
Reproductive Health Support for Marginalised Groups for the period
of 1 October 2024 to 30 September 2027, with the possibility of
extending for an additional two years expiring on 30 September
2029. The contract value is £959,999.97 for the initial
contract period and £1.6m for the extension period.

c.    
Caribbean and African Health Network at £279,999.67 per annum
for Targeted Sexual and Reproductive Health and HIV Prevention
Outreach Service for Black African, Caribbean, Latin American and
Other Minoritised Ethnic Groups for the period of 1 October 2024 to
30 September 2027, with the possibility of extending for an
additional two years expiring on 30 September 2029. The contract
value is £839,999.01 for the initial contract period and
£1.4m for the extension period.
