Purpose

and support services at Charleston House and Lingham Court, to
transfer the Lingham Court element of the contract to Clarence
Avenue at a cost of £7,978,164.44 for an overall cost of
£9,745,692.44 (an increase of £1,497,228.44) over seven
years in total. This is a variation to a contract which commenced
on 13 March 2023 and is running for three years initially, with the
potential to extend for an additional four years, until 12 March
2030.
