Decision

1.    
To allocate £335,645.83 from the currently unallocated theme
budget for Sustainable Transport and Public Realm approved by
Cabinet in July 2020 to fund design, programme and project
management that mitigates against risks arising from potential
hostile vehicles.
 

2.    
To approve the Council to enter S8 Highways Act 1980 agreements
with adjacent Highways Authorities for any engineering or traffic
management works on their boundary.
 

3.    
To approve the Council to enter licencing agreements with third
party freeholders to progress design and delivery of the
measures.
