Decision

To approve a
variation to the original contract dated 4 April 2024 under the
Council standing orders section 17.2(a) to vary the existing
contract to continue the development of Lambeth’s procurement
technology through Axianseu II in order to facilitate Procurement's
envisioned transformation. The variation will meet the requirements
of Tranches 2 and 3 of the project at a cost of
£180,000. The project will commence 31 October 2024 to run
until the 31 March 2026 to manage functionality requirements of the
Cabinet Office, bringing the total project cost to
£480,000.
