Decision

1)   
To approve the platform renewal for another 12
months with Crowdfunder UK, starting 1 September 2024 to 1
September 2025.

2)   
To approve the budget for the platform costs of
£16,000 from September 2024 to September 2025.

3)   
To approve the budget for the quarterly wallet, top
up of £7,500 per quarter (£30k for the year) from
September 2024. This is independent to the contract
cost.

4)   
To note and approve a total of £46,000 for the
platform cost (£16k) and quarterly top up cost (£30k)
This will take the maximum contract value to £144,759 over
the six-year term.
