Decision

The Chief Officer Civic Enterprise Leeds
approved the award of two framework lots to undertake Asbestos
Removals in both licensed and unlicensed works to Housing & Non
Housing properties and works arising from the Housing Capital
Programme, with an estimated annual value of £2m.
The lots will be split as follows

a. Lot 1 - Asbestos Removals Works in the West of the City -
Safe Strip UK Limited – with an estimated value
£900,000 per annum.

b. Lot 2 - Asbestos Removals Works in the East of the City - McHale
Contracts & Plant
Environmental LLP T/A MCP Environmental (MCP) – with an
estimated value of £600,000
per annum.

c. Lot 3 - Asbestos Removal Works in the South of the City –
Safe Strip UK Limited – with
an estimated value of £500,000 per annum.
