Approve principle of the Council entering into funding
agreements and associated documents, including a 25-year lease at
peppercorn rent of the Sports Hub, with National Football
Trust.
Accept tenders and authorise contract award for the works to
delivered at the Holbeck Sports Hub.
Authorise total expenditure for
the delivery of the Holbeck Sports Hub.
