Decision

The Director of Public Health has:-

a) Noted the removal of the 2023-24 Agenda for Change uplift sum
£457,000 from the 2023-24 0-19 Public Health Integrated
Nursing Service (PHINS) budget.

b) Noted that the removal of the Agenda for Change uplift sum is in
addition to the modification of the contract to remove the
epidemiology costs £16,898 (plus any additional reductions in
associated costs) and the allocation of £100,222 from the NHS
West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) funding, to Leeds
Community Healthcare NHS Trust to enhance the existing oral health
offer. These were approved on 29th November 2023 (D56969).
