Decision

1. In accordance with the key decision of July
2021 Executive Board, The Director of City Development has:
a. Approved that the council enters into a grant funding agreement
with West Yorkshire Combined Authority, for the sum of
£283,554 as per the terms set out in exempt Appendix B.
b. Approved that the council enters into a grant funding agreement
with British Library, for the sum of £198,554, as per the
terms set out in exempt Appendix B.
c. Provided authority to spend £283,554 from Capital Scheme
Number 33490/000/000,
d. Noted the subsidy control assessment included with this report
as Appendix C.
