Decision

a) The Chief Officer (Highways &
Transportation) was requested to approve the recommendation to
extend the Supply of Traffic Surveys Framework 2022 until the 28th
of February 2026 with the incumbent suppliers: Matrix Traffic &
Transport Data, Nationwide Data Collection Limited, Smart Transport
Hub Ltd, Tracsis Traffic Data Limited, and Traffic Data Collection
who have each agreed to the proposed extension. The estimated value
of the extension is £240,000.00.
