The Chief Officer Climate, Energy and Green
Spaces:-

Noted the requirement for the Council to meet the requirements of
section 46 of the Public Health (Control of Diseases) Act 1984 set
out in the attached report.

Authorised a payment of £269,730 to Leeds Teaching Hospitals
NHS Trust from within existing revenue budgets to meet the 2023/24
NHS charge for providing mortuary services.

Gave authority to vary the existing agreement in line with CPR 21.5
to bring the agreement up to date.
