The Chief Officer, Highways and Transportation
was requested to:

• To approve the retrospective award of a goods and services
contract for the operation and maintenance of the electric charging
facilities at all named sites through a direct award against the
KCS Framework Y21002 Electrical Vehicle Charging Points and
Associated Service to Blink Charging UK Limited for a duration of
01/08/2022 to 31/07/2032.

• To approve the retrospective award of a goods and services
contract for the operation and maintenance of the ANPR system and
gates at the Stourton Park and Ride site only through a direct
award against the KCS Framework Y21002 Electrical Vehicle Charging
Points and Associated Services to Blink Charging UK Limited for a
duration of 01/08/2022 to 31/07/2032.
