The Director of City Development authorised the issue of a Letter of Intent to each of the companies forming the proposed design team for the George Street regeneration project, detailing their proposed scope of service and confirming that the City Council will meet their ongoing design development fees to the end of RIBA Stage 3 as detailed in Appendix 1 of the report, pending the design team’s formal appointment by the City Council on the George Street project.
