Purpose

To approve the use of Affordable Housing Commuted Sums Grant Funding to support the Ambertons and Seacroft Crescent council housing developments.

Decision

The Chief Officer Asset Management & Regeneration has approved and granted authority to the spend of affordable housing commuted sums grant funding up to £2,786,000 from the Council’s affordable housing commuted sums budget to support the delivery of 88 new build Council homes for affordable rent across five sites within the Gipton & Harehills and the Killingbeck & Seacroft wards.
