Decision

The Chief Officer (Highways &
Transportation) has:

• Considered and overruled the objections to the proposed
Traffic Regulation Order “LEEDS CITY COUNCIL (TRAFFIC
REGULATION) (WAITING RESTRICTION) (No.13) ORDER 2023”

• Requested the City Solicitor to write to the objector
informing them of the Chief Officer (Highways and
Transportation)’s decision.

• Requested the City Solicitor to make, seal and implement the
above order.
