Decision

The Chief Officer Civic Enterprise Leeds
approved the variation of the
current contract DN461672 Hire of Sweepers and Gulley Vehicles held
with Dawsongroup Sweepers Ltd, by approving the extension of
contractual term for a further two months until 5th April 2024 to
allow for the re-procurement of the same. The proposed variation is
in accordance with Regulation 72 (1)(e) of PCR (2015) with an
estimated value of £300,000 and is to be provided under the
same terms and conditions and rates currently enjoyed under the
existing contract.
