Decision

The Chief Officer for Asset Management and
Regeneration approved:
- The extension of the Matthews Construction Consultancy Limited
commission from the existing Highways and Transportation Cost
Consultancy Services Contract to provide NEC project management,
commercial management, and NEC site supervisor services (to oversee
the civils works) to assist with the delivery of the LSSTG project
and to extend this to include technical construction project
planning support for the life of the project.
- The appointment of NPS Leeds one of the Councils Internal Service
Providers to provide building site supervisor services to
complement the above civil engineering site supervisor services for
onsite delivery of the LSSTG project for the life of the
project
