The Chief Officer Asset Management &
Regeneration has approved that 15 Norman Place is declared surplus
to corporate requirements; injected into the Capital Receipt
Programme and disposed on the open market by auction, at a reserve
price to be approved in accordance with the sub-delegation scheme
in the Service.
