Decision

The Chief Officer Civic Enterprise Leeds
approved the request to award the contract for the supply of Liquid
fuel to Standard Fuel Oil Limited, via the YPO framework, for 2
years from 1st February 2024 to 31st January 2026, with an option
to extend for a further 2 years, with an estimated value of
£4,000,000 per year (£16,000,000 total estimated value
including extensions). This will utilise the organisation who have
been identified as the most competitive with the lowest marginal
cost in supplying fuel categories required by Leeds City Council
(LCC) for the supply of liquid fuel.
