Decision
The Chief Officer Asset Management and
Regeneration has approved increasing the value of the two NEC4
Engineering and Construction Contracts with Wates Construction Ltd
for the Enabling Works on the Amberton project by £1,628,284
and £1,617,182 at Brooklands Avenue and also extend the
completion dates for these works from 22nd December 2023 to 31st
January 2024.
