Decision

The Chief Officer Asset Management and
Regeneration has agreed to uphold the decision made on 31 July 2023
to include the Paxton Hall in the List of Assets of Community Value
on the basis that the criteria in Section 88(1)(a) and (1)(b) of
the Act have been met, and therefore the site is “land of
community value”.
