Decision

The Interim Director of Adults and Health has
approved the extension provision within the Community Home Care
Service contract to extend the contract for a further 2-month
period from 1st February 2024 to 31st March 2024 for an estimated
value of £7.9m. This extension is permissible under the
contract terms.

The Interim Director of Adults and Health has noted that the Head
of Commissioning, Contracts and Business Development, Older Adults,
will oversee the implementation of this decision.
