Decision

The Director of Public Health has:

Approved to award a contract to Leeds General Practice
Confederation Ltd with effect from 1st April 2024 until 31st March
2029, with an option to extend for a further 36 months in any
combination. The value of this decision is for the initial 5 year
contract period and funded through Public Health. The value is
£5,614,440.00 if the extension is fully utilised, which will
be subject to a separate decision at the appropriate time. The
service is funded at £701,805 per annum.

The decision to award this contract is a direct result of a
previous Key Decision March 2023 (D56216) and further qualified on
15th August 2023 (D56702) and is therefore a Significant
Operational Decision.
