Decision

The Chief Officer (Highways and
Transportation) was requested to instruct the City Solicitor to
apply to the magistrates’ court for, and promote as required,
a Stopping Up Order under Section 116 of the Highways Act 1980 for
the areas of adopted highway as shown hatched red on drawing
SD/996219/SU2301/01 at Appendix A of this report.
