Decision

The Director of Public Health has approved a
contract extension of 36 months to the existing contract with
Health for All (Leeds) Ltd for the provision of the Breastfeeding
Peer Support Service (reference DN486390) with effect from 1st
April 2024 to 31st March 2027 with a value of £38,810 per
annum. The total value of the extension is £116,430 over the
36 month period. The extension is permitted within the
contract’s original terms.
