the extension of the existing Pre-Construction Services Agreement
(General Contractor) 2016 with Kier Construction Ltd T/A Kier
Construction North and Scotland from 18 November 2023 to 13 May
2024 for the proposed fee detailed in the confidential Appendix to
the report.
