Decision

The Director of Public Health has:-

a) Noted the removal of the epidemiology costs £16,898 from
the annual average contract value of £11,751,391. The new
average contract value is £11,734,493.

b) Retrospectively approved an allocation of £100,222 from
the NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) funding, to
Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust to enhance the existing oral
health offer.

c) Approved the modification of the contract value under Regulation
72 (5) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 totalling
£100,222. This figure is in addition to the revised average
total value of the contract of £11,734,493 per annum. The
maximum total value of the variation will be no greater than
£100,222, an increase of 0.1%, when taking into consideration
the overall contract value over its eight years which equates to
£90,054,772

d) Noted that as part of the extension review minor amends have
been made to the service specification and performance framework.
These will be acknowledged and recorded through the contract
management process. The nature of the amendments do not affect the
overall nature of the contract.
