Decision

The Natural Environment Manager authorised the
making of a Public Path Creation Order in accordance with Section
26 of the Highways Act 1980 to create a public bridleway between
Lee Lane East and Lee Lane West, with a width of varying between
2.0 metres and 3.0 metres and to confirm the Order subject to their
being no objections or in the event of objections being received
which cannot be withdrawn, for the Order to be referred to the
Secretary of State for the Department of the Environment, Food and
Rural Affairs for determination.
