Decision
The Assets and Access Lead agreed to:
a) Grant approval to allocate £181,836.53 of S106
contributions paid by the housing developers of Moseley Gardens,
Cookridge (Taylor Wimpey UK Ltd) against the costs of the permanent
expansion and rebuild of Benton Park School.
b) Grant approval to inject £181,836.53 of S106 contributions
into capital scheme number 32735/000/000 for the expansion and
rebuild of Benton Park School.
c) Note that at its June 2019 meeting, the Good Learning Places
Board supported the use of the Moseley Gardens, Cookridge (Taylor
Wimpey UK Ltd) S106 contributions towards the costs of the
permanent expansion and rebuild of Benton Park School.
