Decision

The Director of Children & Families
approved the establishment of a second Life coaching team within
the Youth Service to support young people’s mental health
& well-being on a two year, fixed term basis. This will require
the creation of the following posts within the Youth Offer, sitting
under the management structure of Youth Service Projects.
· 1FTE Advanced Youth Work Practitioner JNC (Youth &
Community pts 22-25)
· 1FTE Outcomes Coordinator (C1)
· 8FTE Life Coaches JNC (Youth & Community pts
12-15)
