The Chief Officer Civic Enterprise Leeds
approved the recommendation to extend the current Damp Proofing and
Preventive Treatment to Leeds City Council’s Housing Occupied
and Unoccupied (Void) Properties contract in line with available
provision for an additional 12 months for the period of 15th
November 2023 to 14th November 2024 with Cambridge Construction
Northern Ltd and Allerton Damp Proofing Ltd, with an estimated
total expenditure of £250,000.
