noted the content of the report and using authority under CPR 1.3
and CPR 27 gave approval to waive CPRs 8.1 and 8.2, requiring
competition for medium value procurements, allowing the
re-appointment of a financial advisor for the Residual Waste PFI
and wider waste management related work. The contract has an
estimated total value over 5 years which will not exceed
£100K.
