Environment approved the Award of direct contract under Contract
Procedure Rule (CPR) 9.5 to GCA Security and Facilities Management
Ltd (‘GCA Security’) for guarding at the Hotel
Supported Accommodation Service for the period 1st October 2023 to
30th June 2024 up to a maximum cost of £153,000 funded by
Rough Sleeping Initiative Government grant as it is considered that
there is genuinely no competition for the delivery of this
service
