Decision
The Chief Officer, Highways and Transportation
approved:
a) The appointment of the Valuation Office Agency
(’VOA’), to provide Leeds City Council with residential
property valuation advice and assist the council to agree the
settlement of compensation claims received under Part 1 of the Land
Compensation Act 1973 (LCA).
b) To make the appointment of the VOA directly using the Crown
Commercial Services Framework RM6168 Estates Management Services
Lot 5: ‘Valuation and Compulsory Purchase
Orders’.
