Decision

The Chief Officer Asset Management and
Regeneration has approved the disposal the former caretaker house
at Beeston St Francis of Assisi Catholic Primary School on the open
market by way of auction, the reserve for which will be set in
accordance with the sub-delegation scheme in the Service.
