• A new local agreement on pay affecting operatives (red-book
craft workers) within LBS with an overall financial impact of
£361,078.

• An increase of an average of 2.2 days annual leave and a
reduction of 1
hour per week (from 38 hours to 37 hours) for the 64 TUPE staff
to
assimilate with existing LCC terms and conditions.
