Decision

The Chief Officer Asset Management &
Regeneration has agreed to take a surrender of the current leases
for the subject property and has agreed that a new lease be granted
on the provisionally agreed terms as set out in the confidential
appendix to this report. Legal Services will agree the final form
of lease.

Chief Officer Financial Services has approved the payment
arrangements as set out in the confidential appendix that
accompanies this report.
