Decision

The Chief Officer Asset Management and
Regeneration has approved provisionally agreed terms detailed in
the confidential appendix to this report for the settlement of a
dilapidations claim made against the Council by its former landlord
of Navigation House which the Council previously leased for office
accommodation.
