Decision

The Chief Officer Highways &
Transportation was;

a) Requested to note contents of the report;

b) Requested to give authority to incur the expenditure of
£416,000 to complete the design and implementation of the
highways improvements as shown on drawings
LPTIP-LCC-HWT-XX-DR-CH-01_01 on Harrogate Road fully funded from
Leeds Public Transport Improvement Programme, LPTIP, capital code
32771/HAR/000, implemented by the LCC (Leeds City Council) Highways
Minor Highways Framework Contractor

c) Requested to approve the design and implementation of the
proposed Traffic Regulation Order, fully funded from the Leeds
Public Transport Improvement Programme. Details shown on drawing
number LPTIP-LCC-HWT-XX_DR-CH-12_91.

d) To request the City Solicitor to advertise the draft Traffic
Regulation Order as shown on Drawing number
LPTIP-LCC-HWT-XX_DR-CH-12_91 and TPP/AA/0/23/Moortown Corner and if
no valid objections are received, to make and seal the Order as
advertised.

e) To request the City Solicitor to advertise the draft Movement
Traffic Regulation Order as shown on drawing number
LPTIP-LCC-HWT-XX_DR-CH-12_91 and if no valid objections are
received, to make and seal the Order as advertised.

f) Requested to approve a Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Section
23 to be advertised for a new traffic signal-controlled pedestrian
crossing to be installed.
