Decision

The Natural Environment Manager authorised the
making of a Public Path Diversion Order under the Highways Act 1980
Section 119 for the diversion of Wetherby Public Bridleway 7 and to
confirm the Order subject to their being no objections or in the
event of objections being received which cannot be withdrawn, for
the Order to be referred to the Secretary of State for the
Department of the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for
determination.
