Decision

The Chief Digital Information Officer gave
approval to waive CPR 9.1 and 9.2 to directly award a contract to
Civica UK Limited in the sum of £110,359 including
extensions. The contract shall commence on 1st October 2023 and
expire on 30th September 2026 for the on-going support &
maintenance of the Fleet Management System (Tranman). This is a
1+1+1 contract to allow flexibility to terminate earlier if
needed.
